When should I take azathioprine?

I was just prescribed azathioprine today and I was wonder when the best time to take the medicine would be? Is it better to take it at night or in the morning I guess is the main question. Thank you all.

Azathioprine can cause nausea in 20 percent of patients initially. So taking it before bed with a snack reduces your odds of experiencing nausea.

I take mine with dinner. I usually only had nauseau or loss of appetite when I increased my dosage. It was temporary each time 2-4 days.

I take 100mg in the evening (usually when I eat). I've been taking it for 3 years in January and only experienced a little nausea in the beginning but it wasn't bad. so far Azathioprine and Asacol HD combined have kept me in a remission for 3 years with 2 very minor flare ups
