Jell-o prep

I had a colonoscopy 9 years ago, had to cancel a couple of time because I couldn't keep the Gatorade down. I was at last given a recipe using water and the prep and Jell-O, I had to mix up two bowels using half of the prep in each one. I know I used lime jell-o for one and lemon for the other. I am now scheduled for another one but I don't have the recipe any longer. It worked really well! Does anyone know the recipe for this prep??? I sure could use it.

Instead of the Gatorade, you can use white grape juice. That's what I did.
