Diarrhoea since stopping steroid enema

I started flaring again before xmas whilst on a maintenance dose of oral and rectal mesalamine. These were upped to the maximum with no relief so was given a course of oral pred and a predsol enema. I was doing the predsol emema at night and asacol enema in the morning. Things cleared up great and have been fine for few weeks.
I had a flex sig the other day to check progress and there was a mild small patch of inflammation in the rectum and that's it. Having had no blood or urgency etc in over 2 weeks the doc suggested I stop the predsol emema and continue with the asacol emema daily.
It's been 2 days and I have 1-2 bowel movements a day but it is very loose. No blood, not massively urgent but def very loose.
Should I stick with it or go back to predsol enemas as well? I had a 6 week course of predsol emema and I stopped them at 4 weeks after a huge improvement

The consultant was on about changing to Pentasa as that would be a better med for my uc but can't see much difference between asacol and pentasa
