Not one for informercials or anything, but saw it on TV and how it talked about dealing with inflamation in the body. Thought I'd see if anyone took the plurge and bought it/tried it and had any success in dealing with UC

Hi people is omega xl working out for you guys? i have seen there is a promotion going on should i get it in a bulk? and stephen you mentioned i have to take 4 pills per day, i am 27 years old is their a age limit for this why so much dose

High amounts of omega fish oils can cause loose stool, diarrhea, nausea.
Moderation, low dosages to start seems a good plan.
Omegas are also blood thinners, so keep in mind what other blood thinners you would be using.
