Protozone cream, why after all these years do I get it now?

I'm telling doctors mess me up! I've had hemmroids, fissures, three surgeries on my butthole and finally they give me a steroid cream last week,after I keep asking..what else ya got to put down there? I tried nitroglycerin, didn't like that at all! I mean, why don't they just whip it all out at the same time. I keep going back and paying money . Seems unfair!
