Uceris Foam

Hi everyone I am 36yrs old and was diagnosed with ulcerative proctitis and colitis. I am currently having a flare up. My question is has anyone taken uceris foam and has made your proctitis worse? I first was taking canasa and it seems to help but my gi dr said she didn't think it was going high enough so told me to stop and do the uceris foam. I did it at bedtime and the next morning was horrible. My symptoms were worse than before when I was on the canasa. I called the on call dr and he wants me to go on prednisone has anyone had good results with there proctitis and prednisone?

I have tried the foam, my symptoms did not worsen. And I have taken prednisone, but it would be a good idea to take something along with it because prednisone just hides the symptoms. Does not treat it but may help other medication work quicker. My symptoms actually worsened from Canasa. I also have tried a custom made mesalamine suppository with a few other things in it, could get the exact things if you'd like.
