Back Pain with Rowasa?

Hello! I started Rowasa for a mild flare a few days ago, and it is helping alleviate my flare really quickly. So I'm happy about that ... BUT I'm trying to figure out whether it's a coincidence that I'm experiencing really awful lower back pain. The back pain started around the time I started the Rowasa, although I didn't immediately think they were related, since I've had similar back pain before, while off medication. HOWEVER this time the back pain is way worse than usual, and it also is affecting my right hip such that it's painful to bend down twist, shift my weight while sitting down, or sleep for longer than 6 hours.

This could all be due to any reason (repetitive motion at my job, picking up my small kids in a weird way, underlying chiropractic issue, long-term effect from having two epidurals, etc), BUT since it started right when I started the Rowasa, I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

"Back pain" is listed as a possible side effect of Rowasa, but I haven't found any medical explanation of what KIND of "back pain" people on Rowasa have often experienced.

Thank you for your input!! I want to eliminate possible causes of this terrible pain and I figure I'd better consider Rowasa first!

I get that, thank you for that - however I think that if a physical phenomenon is listed as a "side effect," it's got to be different than what we would usually experience. Back pain (and leg pain too) is definitely listed as a side effect from this drug, but I don't know what kind of back pain it's referring to - so I'm just wondering if anyone else has experience anything similar?
