Just checking.
Besides some of the other aspects of spinach it could just be that
it is highly alkaline and reduces your net acid load. If you eat enough
green leafy veffies, and less protein/carbs you can shift to a positive base
balance. This can also have an effect on gut bugs, also contains a protease inhibitor.
