Yes, definitely try it. I am of German descend. My sister who lives in Germany found PC Medicus 2.0 for me and all the relevant medical research that goes along with it. I have had FMT in July 2017 which improved a dire situation but didn't end the inflammation. I've been taking retarded release Phosphatidylcholine for three months now and the improvement is remarkable. I have one BM per day, they still don't look picture perfect, but no more bleeding. I'm hoping to come off the Imuran soon. I'm not a believer in all those medications that suppress symptoms but don't address the underlying issue. I also recommend sublingual vitamin B12 in its bioavailable form, Methylcobalamin (available from Solgar on iHerb). Delayed release phosphatidylcholine is different in so far as it reaches the large intestines intact (doesn't get digested) and thus gets a chance to coat the mucosal bowel walls with what's lacking in UC sufferers. I am also taking 1 sachet of Bimuno (available directly from GB manufacturer) each day to nourish my bowel bacteria. Good luck!
