Hey guys,
So a few hours a go I decided it would be fine to eat some greasy chicken because I felt confident and in the mood but right after eating it I felt terrible and I still do right now. I don’t have to use the bathroom but I have terrible bloating in my stomach and I’m almost positive that my body is not going to digest this well. Is there anything I can do at this point? Something I can eat or drink that will help with digestion? Or any sort of advice really. I could use this for future reference if I decide to be a complete idiot like I was today.

Eat some ferment... like raw sauerkraut, fresh ginger root tea, a piece of ginger root on its own, raw ginger ale, or even some yogurt. Anything that has good bacteria and enzymes in it. If you can't do that then try taking an enzyme pill.
