Humira + pregnancy - severe nausea

I guess I'm taking a long shot here

I take humira. I've always had pretty nasty side effects mainly nausea and feeling like I'm coming on with flu.

I'm pregnant and I have absolutely debilitating morning sickness. Not actually being sick but nausea so bad I've been in bed for weeks and sometimes even turning over is impossible as the nausea is so bad. I also feel like I'm just about getting flu although this has been going on so long if I was going to be unwell I would definitely have got whatever it was by now !

I have a child already and I had morning sickness with her although no where near as bad , I was able to still be at work and I didn't feel unwell like this. I wasn't taking humira then!

Has anyone any experience with this or have any ideas if it could be humira causing it ? I feel it has to be contributing because I just cannot understand why I feel so so unwell! I know every pregnancy is different but even the midwives I've spoken to think it's strange to be feeling this bad. I've tried to speak to my IBD nurse but no success yet (which I understand - they're very busy and id rather they be dealing with people who are flaring etc than this !)
