I tend to feel pain lower left that sometimes radiates into the back. Anyone similar?

Yes, in the back. And hard to describe - not so much "pain" (thought it still "hurts!") as this sort of awareness of... well, my colon I suppose. A sort of hollow pain, maybe even a bit burny.
But yes with the radiating into the back!

Just being a stickler on
location term.....this isn't stomach.
If you have back issues, it can many times radiate into lower left or lower right abdomen...depending on what nerves are affected.
Lower left gas and spasming can definitely be felt/radiate into the lower back. If flaring, lower left/sigmoid and lower back pain/discomfort/inflammation can coincide.
If you are female, consider ovulation or the time between ovulation and period to affect all those areas, especially because of increased prostaglandin hormones.
Are you flaring? Do you take antispasmodics?

I never had pain. Just symptoms of blood and diarrhea.

Pains in various spots during flares.
Razor-blade-poops from flares have a direct and obvious
location, the bung-hole.
I've had various lower abdomen pains varying from sharp/severe, point, knife-stabbing pains to more mild, constant and widespread aching. Hard to say where exactly, just general intestinal-area and mostly radiating in broad areas.
Can't say I've felt back/spine pain or stomach pains.

Lower, left sided pain which feels a lot like an ovarian cyst when I have pain. Plus my rectum and tail bone hurt sometimes.

No cramps, just sometimes rectal spasms. My problems were always very high frequency, urgency, blood and diarrhea.

I can feel my rectum spasming and it causing pain and discomfort to radiate up through my colon, which mostly makes my lower back and lower abdomen hurt. I also sometimes get really bad gas on the lower left that radiates out and all the way up into my back or chest. Heating pads helps with the spasm pain, and a few Gas-X can usually get me to pass gas to relieve some of that pain.
In non-stomach pain, I believe this week I have developed joint pain. Joy!

I have pain sometimes, when I am in moderate to severe flare. It's kind of a burning pain along the lowest part of abdomen. Its not horribly strong, maybe a 3 to 4 out of 10, but it is a bit debilitating after awhile. I kind of feel like just curling up in a ball. Rest does seem to help.

I would have answered lower left pain, where there is inflammation, however, for the last few days I've had a sharp pain in the lower right area when I cough or move from lying down to sitting, and I've noticed discomfort there when lying down for about
a month now.
