crampy, but no blood ?UC flare

I have pan colitis and have been on Humira for 7 months. Was doing great but started by abd pain for last 3 weeks. It has been constant and crampy. Maybe just a tiny bit of blood and my BM's frequiency has been up. The abd pain feels like it did when my UC was bad and bleeding a lot. All my lab work including my CRP was normal.

Is this a flare? I'm really knew to this whole UC thing. Essentially can you being flare with little to no blood??????

Yes, you're flaring. My bloodwork is typically normally or just mildly off.

Yes, I would agree. That sounds like a flare coming up.

Its not coming...it is a flare, albeit mild and probably limited in the rectum if your stool is more formed. The fact that you are bleeding at this point, its been around for a bit.

Did you go through a constipation, skinny stools phase?

I suggest rectal meds asap.....retention enemas either mesalamine or steroid.
