Hello everyone!
I saw some videos on youtube having evidence that cabbage juice cures UC flare up.
Is that really worth trying or is it fake? Please tell if you have tried it and saw any results.
I want to get out of my flare

Not with everyone.
My mom benefited immensely with a combination of cabbage juice and wheatgrass juice, to the point that she did it twice, 3 weeks regimens in 2 months and she went into permanent remission for last 20+ years.
Whereas I have done it a few times and not the tiniest dent.
Make sure to use a masticating juicer and not a centrifugal juicer.

Cabbage juice did not cure me lol. But it has always been good for my gut to remove fiber from veggies while keeping the good stuff (juice). Do not go overboard in drinking too much cabbage juice or you will be on the toilet multiple times, too much cabbage juice can be very laxative.
I like to make a batch of juice and freeze the extra as ice cubes. Then take out as many cubes needed and melt and drink. Very healthy in small amounts.
If cabbage juice cured UC flares that news would have been spread far and wide.

The first truth of UC is that what's one's miracle treatment for UC, has absolutely no affect on another, and even makes another's symptoms a whole lot worse. That's true of all UC treatments and cabbage juice, I am sure, is no different. Just remember that there's no scientific evidence backing cabbage juice healing UC, so you are taking this YouTube guy's word, pretty much. There's no harm in drinking cabbage juice as I am sure it has some nutritional value as a food but I would not expect big results from your UC, call me skeptical.

It sounds like it would be pretty disgusting tasting and also rough on your gut, but I've never tried it, and probably never will.

I would boil the cabbage in bone broth. It really worked for me! Cabbage is a definite gut healing food! Bone broth is amazing too! They are natural TNF blockers and help restore the mucosa layer. There is science behind it.
The trick to natural remedies is not overdoing it. Don't eat or juice a whole cabbage because you heard it was good for you. :oD Moderate portions are all you need.
