I didn't, I had terrible side effects from remicade and couldn't really play with the doses as much as we would have liked to.
Hopefully someone has some experience and can help you!
AZA and mesalamine are very different drugs. Actually 75mg of AZA is a low dose. I wonder if you're in the therapeutic range for that. Have you been checked? Maybe an increase there would get you to remission, and you wouldn't need to get more frequent doses of remicade? Remicade, while an amazing drug for IBD, can have severe side effects. The higher the dose, the lower your immune system.
