An interesting listen, thanks for sharing! I want a smart-toilet, or an easy fecal swab test that'll tell me how my healthy my micro-biome is doing

Hey John,
uBiome does a fecal swab test that makes things simple. I have been with them for a while so I don't know if they still do this, but for me, they take what they can get from my insurance (even if it's no money) and I am guaranteed not to be charged.
Best,
Bear

Yeah considered uBiome a few times. My only beef with them is they do not tell you what these test results mean. There's no real good resources, doctors, online, etc to know more. They say here's you, here's a normal patient. I suppose it can be used as a benchmark, change diet, supplements, meds, and recheck with a second uBiome test and see if you improved them. Were you able to get anything out of those results and improve your symptoms?
