Post Coectomy Nutrition

I had my colon removed in April (2018) and my take down was in August. I'm still experimenting with foods. I think I'm doing well and then I have a few days of diarehha and I feel like I am almost back to square one.
1. What foods seem to digest well and not cause diahrehha?
2. How long before you have relatively normal stools again?
3. What is the longest time period you have between bowel movements.

I want to give my body good nutrition to help heal, but there are so many foods on the No list. I also would like to know if there is hope that I can go out and do activities with my friends again knowing that I won't have an accident?

this is my first post. I'm becoming frustrated and I've already spent 2 hours on the internet trying to find a good diet for seven months post surgery. THANK YOU so much to anyone who can share their experience and help me understand what to do and what to expect.
