What dosage is your 6mp?

That's the reason they do regular blood monitoring, as platelets, WBCs, neutrophils, and any variety of other blood figures can suddenly drop on these meds. My neutrophils dropped like that once, decreased dosage of 6mp from 75mgs to 50mgs and I bounced back to normal in about 6-8 weeks. Years later, I went back up to 75mgs without any issue (my dosage still to this day). So, it's weird with that med.

Yeah it can be only one value that plummets, rarely multiple. Which value it is seems random, and varies between individuals. Nothing to panic over. Possible that test could be erroneous, and the next test is back in normal range too. Just a warning sign and when confirmed in multiple tests,the dosage is either cut or med discontinued depending on how the test values are.

Did your doctor run the Thiopurine Methyltransferase (TPMT) test before starting 6mp? Some of us have a genetic variant that make myelosuppression occur 68% of the time. Mine didn't.

This week the count is back to over 200. I guess last week was just a fluke thankfully
