Hi All,
So Im back to being in bad bad shape and am truly at a loss.. See my Isatis post. Im now reexamining probiotics now which previously never helped me much.
After reading about this yogurt, and more specifically about this *specific* strain (two actually) of Lactobacillus reuteri, Im intrigued.. Just wish I could calm my new horrible gut to get better inoculation going.. I made a batch and am about to make a second.
It has been studied by MIT and has some pretty impressive effects on mice, and apparently this Drs patients are seeing good results with the yogurt (which amplifies the counts to the point of being beneficial, I guess the simple probiotic pills are not efficacious or strong enough).
Anybody?
