Uceris foam, how far up does it go?

I checked older threads about Uceris foam but didn't find anyone mentioning it.

I have left sided colitis that started after proctitis. Now during the flare, I am getting a feeling that the inflammation is more in the rectum than in the sigmoid colon. I have been using Hydrocortisone enema that didn't help. So got Uceris foam.

I wonder if I should stop hydrocortisone enema and stay with Uceris foam only. Ideally, I would like to target both places so anybody knows how far the foam goes?

My understanding is that the Uceris foam goes at least into the sigmoid colon. All of the other foams are rectum-only within the USA. So Uceris foam is the furthest reaching foam available here.

"UCERIS rectal foam is a prescription corticosteroid medicine used to help get active, mild to moderate ulcerative colitis that extends from the rectum to the sigmoid colon under control (induce remission)."
