When to take PPI vs mesalamine

Hello,
Me again.

Question about meds and timing. I’m recently on Dexilent which is a PPI. I had been on it in the past but honestly can’t remember what I did and I do know I had no adverse effects.

I need to take my PPI when I wake up on an empty stomach.
I also take salofalk 3 times a day. Usually I take first dose when I wake up. Second around lunch. Third at bedtime.

Can I take them at the same time? I’m wondering about if the salofalk can still be distributed to the colon and work there or if the PPI will not allow not to dissolve in the right location.
