Call the pharmacy and ask them. I doubt that they could hurt you, but I don't know if they could lose effectiveness.
One time I received a 3 month supply of Asacol via mail order that was in my mailbox overnight when temps were below freezing (I never received a notice that it had shipped so I wasn't expecting the package). I called them and they sent a new order since they couldn't assure me that it would be ok. They didn't want the old pills back so I used them a little at a time until they were used up. I don't know if they were still ok, but I wasn't willing to have my whole dose with questionable pills and I hated to trash such expensive medicine.
If you have more pills at home, maybe you could only take 1 of the questionable pills and 2 of the good pills each day and see how that goes.
