Anyone have the same problem?

Hi I went into a bad flare a couple of weeks ago. Dr put me on prednisone 40mg daily for 1 week then tapering off at 5 mg per week. I only took it for 2 days so far. Today is day 3. Doesn't seem to be getting better, although there are less bowel movements. Seemed to feel better the first day, but I had taken a uceris that day also, because thats what I was on initially for about 4 days.
How long does it usually take to work? Seems like i do pretty good all day,then every night from 3 to 6am i seem to go constantly. Am I too anxious? Can't stop thinking about it. Thanks for your input.
