Is my UC gone?

I was diagnosed in June 2017, started IV infusions after a nice hospital visit to get in under control. My last infusion was in January with Entyvio and I have not had any medication since. I’ve had no UC related conditions either, will it comeback or not? 🤷‍♂️.
Just wanting advice on anyone’s experience without medication.
Could I never get it again?
I feel great and no diet restrictions at all.

It's chronic. It most likely will come back. You're in remission but not cured.

Why did you stop Entyvio when it worked so well for you? You will flare again with UC. It's not a matter of if, it's just a matter of when. If you start having even the mildest symptoms hop on it right away before it becomes severe, or better yet ... talk to your doc about the possibility of restarting Entyvio now.

Your UC is never gone. Remissions can continue for a while without meds, but you will flare it might take 6-10 months or more. The longest remissions are when you continue your meds as a maintenance treatment. You will likely flare severely, and might need hospitalization even yikes...

Why did you stop all of your meds? Did your gasteroenterologist instruct you to do this? Have you told him/her?
