The best resource I've seen is this, risks versus benefits transcript of IBD treatment from the ccfa.
https://www.crohnscolitisfoundation.org/sites/default/files/legacy/assets/pdfs/risk-and-benefits-transcript.pdf
Risk of the average man on the street of getting these lymphomas: 2 in 10,000 or 0.02 percent. Risk of someone on thiopurine monotherapy of getting those lymphomas 4 in 10,000 or 0.04 percent. Risk if someone on both thiopurines and biologics is 6 in 10,000 or 0.06 percent. What happens to those unfortunate enough to get the lymphoma? 66 percent are able to put that lymphoma into a Remission and it's not a problem again going forward. So, the odds are really small and nothing to lose any sleep over.
