Hi, I started stelara on November no improvements in my symptons, how long it takes for stelara to kick in or maybe it is not working for me, i have pain and burning sensation all the time, i do not know what to do.

I don't know much about Stelera, but this is just the beginning of December so at the most you have been on it for about 4 weeks. You may need more time. Have you asked your doctor how soon you should start seeing some relief?
