Prioritizing biologics

Context: I'm 36 and had been in remission on Entyvio for 5 years until it began to fail, a year later I've switched to Stelara and 5 months later that doesn't seem to be working.

My question is about prioritizing the remaining approved treatments for UC, which are basically Remicade, Humira, Simponi, and Xelganz.

If you have any advice about how to prioritize Remicade, Humira, Simponi, and Xelganz, please chime in. thanks!

In your shoes I would try remicade first (has the most data and is possibly more effective than humira/simponi) or xeljanz (has less data but is faster acting, also works by a completely different mechanism than the biologics)
I would only consider the other two if I'd previously had a good response to remicade but developed antibodies.

I'm probably being switched from Humira straight to a JAK inhibitor without trying other biologics first. I'm not sure why my gastro hasn't suggested I switch to other biologics but it might be due to my work commitments which would make it difficult to go to hospital regularly for IV infusion. I know that there are other biologics that are injectable but for some reason I've been offered a switch to a JAK inhibitor rather than another biologic.
