Blood don't seem to stop

I have uc for about past 5 years and right now i am having blood in stools. No other symptoms just blood. Normal bm's. Its like this from 3,4 months now. Last scope revealed that colon is healing and disease is active 15cm up from rectum. I was taking hydrocortisol enema for 15 days once daily and then on alternate days and now i am on twice a week with mesalamine suppositories daily at night. BUT i still see blood on stools. What do you think if it doesn't work will be the next course of treatment.
Right now i am on 1.2g mes three times a day and 100mg azathioprine plus folic acid 5mg.

I have mild inflammation in the same area (between 15-25 cm) and it’s ultra stubborn when it comes to healing for me. Sometimes the only symptom I’ve had is blood in stools (small amounts) that just hasn’t gone away for weeks… I’d recommend trying nightly mesalamine enemas for a while. You can use the supps in the morning if needed but the enemas deliver more medicine and it goes further.
