Generic mesalimine 400mg

Hi,
I have tried two different brands of this mesalimine 400mg the one company after I take within hours I feel like I’m coming down with a cold. I get hoarse in my voice, my chest feels like I have a cold and not easy to breathe and it was very visible to my husband The struggles with it. I thought this is mental, because I didn’t want to take medication in the first place. But it wasn’t just in my head.
Then I called in for a new script, new brand and I tried it and no issues at all!!! I am happy to take my medication! I suffered too long with the old stuff And I can finally take my medication like I’m supposed to.
I never knew different manufacturing makes a difference.
I hope if you ever felt like I did, don’t suffer, try another brand.
I really thought “oh my body will get use to these side effects until the medication really kicks in” no no, listen to your body.

In many cases of allergic reaction to oral mesalamine, it's a secondary ingredient ("filler") causing one's trouble.
