Has anyone had a bad experience with Canasa suppositories? Any bad side effects/reactions?
Thinking about
starting them tonight....

I have never had any troubles at all with Canasa. The only thing that seems to bother me on occasion is the morning after, I might get some rectal numbness but that can be a good thing! :) I use them as needed to keep my rectal flares under control and they work pretty well.

I did not have a bad experience with Canasa. It actually helped a lot. i had to take it everyday for 3 weeks. It helped during those three weeks. i was okay (not great) the 4th week (first week off) and then by the 2nd week off i was back to normal (7-10 bms a day). It did not have a lasting affect on me but it did certainly help when i was taking it.
