Hi Yuckgut,

I think your question is not that important. And I don't know the exact answer for your question.

Cause my famous recipe is the cheapest cure for Ulcerative Colitis in this world.

Also my famous recipe has no side effect at all.

So you can take my recipe up to 6 times a day, with no side effect at all.

But only eat as I suggest in this topic while you are in flare.

Ok people, here's some information on Tapioca.

One very interesting point is the massive starch content of this substance. Secondly, it is also gluten free.

I won't say weather it helps UC or not, but from what I can see, it does act something like Metamucil and helps absorb liquid from the stool and bind it, hence providing better form.

If nothing else, it looks like this recipe might be a good "flaring diet" as the tapioca is reasonably nutritious and would be reasonably easy on the gut.

I also dug up another story with some medical publication references.
