Prednisolone in your system?

Does anyone know how long it takes Prednisolone to get out of your system? I was on them for about 6 months and have heard it can take around 3 months for them to be fully out of your system.

The time steroids remain in your body depends on the particular medication. In the case of Prednisone, it is usually gone totally within 60 hours after the last dose.

I don't think I believe the 60 hours agter last dose...I think it depends on how much and how long you are on the drug. When I was on it for 3 years it took a good year to get out of my system. (i was on very high doses) on lower doeses it seems to take less time, maybe a few weeks.
