Are floating stools good or bad? The info on the web seems to contradict on this point. Some sites say floating stools are good as they are a sign of high fibre in your diet. Other sites say floating stools are bad as they imply a degree of malabsorption in your small bowel?
Also some sites say floating stools are a result of a high fat content in your diet whereas other sites say this is not the case. I do notice that I produce floating stools the day after I've eaten fried food.
Any thoughts?
