The distributor I used in Canada has also discontinued VSL...not sure what's going on. Here's a website I found when looking for new sources.

http://www.spectrumsupplements.com/ You'll find VSL on the left side of the website.

Have you had any luck on the website: www.vsl3.com ?

They have an "international order" option that you can click on. It lists contact info for different countries...

Would that work?
