Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and to UC. Have been struggling with it for over a year now. For the most part, considering the nature of this disease, I'm doing reasonable.
I've been off work since getting diagnosed and have been on disability insurance for most of the time. Which brings up my question, I'm not sure how this insurance thing works and was wondering if there is anyone who is on or has some experience with Disability insurance in Canada. I would like to know how long they have to cover me or can they kick me off when ever they want. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
