Hi Everyone,

 

I'm hoping one of you lovely individuals can recommend bio-degradable wipes that I can use instead of harsh toilet paper.

Walmart sells wet wipes that you can flush, my dear sister bought me a box and use them once in a while when my perianal skin tags feel irritated, they are soothing.

I use flush wipes and have been for the past 4yrs. I can't even remember what paper feels loike any more. In fact, I don't have any paper in my house. All my guests have been used to it and they like it better than paper.

I bought flushable wipes at Wal-Mart, too. They have a few different kinds. I found Charmin and Scott to be good brands. The generic brand wasn't as soft or moist though.

I believe the walmart brand that I got is for senstivity and contains aloe...I've never had any problems with it and it doesn't have a strong scent, it's just nice actually and very soothing...

good, I'll check them out just to have. Would be nice if they were individually wrapped like the Handi-wipes..etc.

I use the Charmin, but not in my PA house where I have a septic system - they just don't break down fast enough - trust me!

Why not buy a bidet, that's what I did and LOVE it.  I feel so much better and cleaner.

I use Charmin or Scott (after the TP) and both are good.  Hint - Put the wipes in a large plastic zip  bag.  It keeps them wet, more so than the box they come with.
