for those of you that are using this particular product, I'd like to ask a couple questions:

when do you dose it?

how many do you take daily?

with or without food?

I take one pill before bedtime, usually without food, but sometimes right after I've eaten a snack. The bottle doesn't specify a time or with or without food, but the other probiotic I sometimes take says to take it between meals.

one a day with or without food it doesn't matter...absolutely love the primadophilus.
