I have used this probiotic for about
a year now and it has helped me tremendously. I generally take 2 a day but since getting to remission I sometimes just take one. Hope it works for you!

As there seems to be so many factors with this disease to consider I can not say for sure, but yes I believe it did help me achieve and now maintain a remission state. As with the maintenance meds I would not go without the probiotic supplement as I think they are crucial for staying in remission.

It seemed to help me initially - for the first week or two - then my symptoms got worse. I had to quit taking it. A blend of probiotics that aren't soil based organisms works better for me.
