hey guys im going in for my 6th infusion on dec 31, its not working like i thuoght it would. so i asked my gi to up the dose from 400mg to 675mg and from 8wks to 6wks. what are the doses u guys taking and 6 or 8 wks .i hope it kicks in

Dosage is figured by weight. It's usually 5 mg. per kg. (2.2 pounds) of body weight, but can increase to 10 mg./kg. if needed. I'm on 5 every 8 weeks, myself.

I don't know what the particular dosage is, but my GI just bumped me up to every 6 weeks instead of the typical 8 due to my having issues about 7-10 days out from infusions. best of luck!

I'm 6' about 145 lbs and I have 400 mg every 8 weeks.
I notice it wearing off 3 to 4 days before my infusion.
