My incision was called a cosmetic incision and closed with glue. My question, which I forgot to asked the surgeon was when healed like it is now, can I put Vit. E or something else to help the scab which I'm told is just glue come off naturally. I don't want to make the scar worse. It looks like it is going to be very light and fairly unnoticeable.

Yes you can put vitimin E on it. Or Merderma, or Aloe or something like that. I did all of those and my scar is still a little noticable. Apparently it is not that noticable to other people. My scar was only supposed to be 3 inches long and it is more like 6.
