is this a blood clot?

Okay, so I think i have blood clots.
On my right leg right above the knee, I have 2 red dots underneath the skin. and around them it looks like theres kind of a white circle? not white, but it looks like there isn't any blood flow around these red dots. It's kind of hard to explain. But there are no bumps, its all underneath the skin. I didn't know if you could see blood clots through the skin, so I thought I would ask.

oh, it doesn't feel hot to the touch. But it kind of hurts when you press on it.
