Hello.
For approximately the last year or so I have been feeling a very peculiar heart rhythm that comes and goes throughout the day. It occurs at least once but usually multiple times. Feels like my heart pauses momentarily or skips and then beats very hard for several seconds. The rate does not increase, just gets VERY strong. Been experiencing worsening shortness of breath and mild chest pain (pain more left sided).
I do have mild emphysema (smoked for 24 years) but the degree of dyspnea exceeds my stage of COPD (in my opinion).
Suffer from orthostatic hypo tension and at times the dizziness gets to the point that I feel like I will faint.
I had an EKG done about
1 year ago and was told I have a Right Posterior Fascicular Block. Had an abdominal CT scan 2 years ago that revealed increased pressure in the Inferior Vena Cava. Echo Cardiogram came back fine. Need some advice.
