Well I went to see Dr. Sherman after reading everyones post I was really relieved before I even met him. What a nice guy. Well I retook the echo/w bubble they said that out of a 1-5 rating mine was at a 5+ and that I needed the surgery. So I am scheduled for Sept 17. I am really excited after reading all the post to have my surgery and hopefully have alot of my health issues go away..well one can hope. I will keep you informed.

I am new at this but what is he rating? Size of hole ? Is there too small of a hole that they would not perform closer? thanks everyone.

OK. I finally found that my pfo has a echo/bubbler rating of between 1 and 2.( 1mm-2mm ) can this be right?
