Blood pressure will fluctuate at different times of the day. For example, around 4AM-6AM that is when certain hormones are highest and can raise blood pressure. Also, at different times of the day it will fluctuate. From my own experience, after being placed on Bystolic, my morning blood pressure around 7:30AM was 90s/60s-70s. This concerned me after having high readings in the AM - 130s/80s-90s. I was concerned it was too low. My doctor advised me that as long as I did not feel faint, have vision changes, etc and felt fine that those numbers worked for me.
Now I am ranging 110-115/72-77 in the AM. The latest time I have checked my pressure has been midnight. It used to be 130s/80s90s. Now it is the same as my AM readings.
I hope this helps. Of course, my readings and doctor's advice is based on my health level. You should talk to your doctor if you feel odd or are having any issues.
