Wanted to add this below, its just my observations of some of the posts i have read on these forums, so its not any medical advice, just my observation:
.......Just another thing I was thinking about in relation to complaints from PVC and PAC sufferers I have read. Some report an increase or a decrease with the followings actions
1: eating
2: drinking liquids (not alcahol)
3: walking
4: bending over to pick up something
5: quick upper torso motions like leaning into the back if a car to get something
6: raising arms above shoulders
Well all these things either increase or decrease blood pressure.
The eating and drinking lowers blood pressure for up to 30-60 minutes after ingestion.......might explain why some people feel temporary relief???
The walking raises systolic blood pressure to help get oxygenated blood around the body.......might explain the increase????
With 4,5 and 6 the blood pressure instantly increases as a result of gravity changing the position of blood in the body.......might explain why some report a sudden premature contraction????
Then in relation to just everyday that each of us live with these things and the added stress that varies depending on a good day, good few days, good week or even good month.......might explain why some people have periods where they are less intense than others or even sometimes go away for a while?????
This also might have something to do with certain supplements that supposedly "lower" blood pressure like the garlic or the CoQ10 or whatever else offers "lowered blood pressure" results........could the many people suffering that actual get some relief due to the actual lowering of blood pressure????
All of the above statements are by no means concrete but when thinking about it seem to fit in with so many complaints we all have. I'm not sure if its a stab in the dark as I can't see it not being thought of before? Perhaps it has and all my suspicions are not related to the PAC or PVC problems we have. I just keep hunting high and low for answers as I'm am sure so many of you other sufferers do too.
Let me know if anyone out there has seen an improvement in their symptoms with the lowering their blood pressure??
I am going to aim to try and lower mine anyway as even if their is no evidence to support it, lowering my blood pressure will be a huge benefit anyway and I'm sure for anyone out there who has high blood pressure too
Well, I look forward to hearing what any of you guys and girls out there might suggest
Stay strong
Regards
Ryan
