Hello there,fellow PVC sufferer
I'm still getting these dreaded PVC's, and really can't stand the way they feel!! I've tried all the things that supposed to help control them, Magnesium,fish oil, no chocolate,coffee,tea,sugar...you name it, but the PVC's continue!! I really do think stress plays a big part in it,as the more stressed you are,the more you get!! Also for me, they play up more when I'm due for my period,so it could be hormones too!! I think the best thing I've learned is when your having bad runs of them....like me I get them every other beat for hours sometimes!! Is to accept that they are there,and not to fight them!! That just makes it worse! Also if you want some chocolate,or something you fancy,don't deprive yourself,go ahead and have it! I don't really think that a little chocolate or one cup of coffee is going to harm you!! Plus you will drive yourself round the bend thinking you can't have certain foods and drinks! I'm having monitor fitted in a couple of weeks,I'm intrigued to know how many I get in one day!! You said you had 3000 in one day, if you read on some forums there is people who have 15.000 plus in one day,so try to think on the bright side....it could be worse!! Take care !! xx
