I just checked mine & here's what I came up with even though I have no salt in my house.

190/my fave jalapeno cheese per slice

Soooo, what I will confess to eating of the above (lately, under stress) comes to 1515mg a day.
I would say most of the time when I'm not eating ALL of the above (in addition to other stuff, non processed, therefore no content label) that I'm around 800-1000mg/day, semi-wild guess.
Did you guys notice that they base the %/daily amount on
2400 mg/day? I thought that was supposed to have been lowered to 2000/da, but that's not what the labels say.
