Arf007,If you have reflux disease there are many ways to manage GERD, including diet and lifestyle changes, medications, surgery and alternative therapies. You may want to read over some of the posts by several of my friends from the GERD Forum.
Elevation of the head of your bed (because lying down can make GERD worse) and avoiding lying down for 3 hours after eating are some of the first things GERD patients are instructed to do if nighttime is hard for them.
