next step for figuring out my health issue.. heart or ??

My stress test was really good, so that pretty much has ruled out everything and it has to be Pericarditis. Based on how I am feeling now, I feel very sure it is. I am getting an MRI of my heart next week on Friday and hopefully that will confirm. I haven't even heard my results from Cardiology people regarding the stress treadmill test, my doctor I work with looked up my results for me. So I will ask them re Pericarditis when the PA calls me to chat about the results, but since I asked them to do an MRI and all they would do was a stress test... I am not sure what he will say now.

I had visited my regular Dr. last week as well to tell him I wanted MRI if Cardiology didn't help me , so he is actually the one who ordered it for me. At this point I have ruled out so much and Pericarditis was the only thing that really made sense to me as a diagnosis to begin with. 4 months later, maybe I will finally have an answer after the MRI. My heart feels "sick" is the best way I can describe it and it definitely feels worse now that I am exercising and off anti-inflammatories... I believe I caught it so early the meds kept it at bay and also because I immediately rested and now that I resumed activity off meds.. It is coming out... whatever I first felt in my chest that started all this is nothing compared to what I am feeling now....more pressure and weird though than pain still ... achy perhaps is a way to describe it...

I will update in about 10 days when I have MRI results....
