blueberries as well! Antioxidants are SO important, they remove free radicals which can cause all kinds of damage.
However, with ALL berries, if you can buy organic, it is really the way to go. All berries have very soft, porous skin, and pesticides can really get in there. Washing unfortunately, doesn't help much I'm afraid. And raspberries, for instance, are so delicate that it is very hard to wash them properly.
More great fruits for antioxidants are citrus -- grapefruit and orange. Every morning I squeeze fresh grapefruit and orange juice, yummy way to start the day!
